Wanted: Golfers and Corporate Sponsorship/Contributions

The Miami Trails Masters (MTM) committee met on Sunday April 27 to officially kick off planning for this year’s event. With the MTM 2008 event, we should surpass $200,000 in contributions to Children's Hospital since the inception of the MTM. This is a milestone that the entire neighborhood can take pride in. To spring board off of last year’s success, we want to remind everyone that this year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, August 9th and will once again be hosted at Hickory Woods Golf Course. As in the past, registration includes golf, snacks and the very popular family dinner at pool #2 following the event. The children's activities at last years dinner was a new addition which was very well received and will once again be part of the 2008 dinner.

So, whether you are a golfer, duffer or just want to be involved with this year’s milestone event, please mark your calendars see below for the entry form and donation form.

The golfers and their entry fees are the single biggest contributor to this event. However, without the continued generosity of individuals and corporations, this event would not be nearly as successful, popular or fun. We are asking anyone in the Miami Trails Community that has the ability to solicit contributions from their employers to please do so. Whether it is cash or an auction item, any contribution will be greatly appreciated and is fully tax deductible, as this event is run in conjunction with our own local Kindervelt #70 organization. Also included below, is a description of our Sponsorship Program.  We also have letters available that can be individualized to specific organizations should that be necessary.
