New Homeowner Information Form 

Homeowner Association Dues for Miami Trails are per year and are due before January 31.

The Buyer is responsible for a transfer fee due at closing, and this should be collected at the closing.

Resident in Good Standing Form
To request a letter from the Homeowner's Association Treasurer indicating that the residence being sold has paid all required Homeowner's Association fees, please fill out the "Resident in Good Standing" form on the "Resident Services" page.
